July 2011 - Rusper Roaring

Rusper Primary School has benefitted from a number of sports visits from Leisure Link coaches over the summer to give their children a bit of sporting difference over the summer.

Children from year groups R, 1 and 2 tried out cricket and tennis. Tennis leader Ian Ford said, "The two groups of little ones I had did really well. They were well behaved, applied themselves with enthusiasm and made good progress."

Year 3 and 4 children tried their hands at skateboarding and golf and a number showed talent in at least one of them
